Some great models for use in the unofficial Amazon Fantasy Battle army.
Mysteriousbill (one of the Battle Reporter blog readers) kindly told me about a site selling some great 28mm Amazon models (from the Axibalan Empire). There aren't many but it's a nice start if you fancy collecting an Amazon army and the miniatures are very good quality.I know there are other Amazon type miniatures out there and you should find some if you look for them. Citadel used to make Amazonian miniatures and my friend had a load of pygmies (many moons ago - back in the late 80's !)
