They have removed many of the army selection restrictions.
Most units can now be fielded with a minimum of 5 models rather than the customary 10.
Also, with the maximum unit restrictions being lifted on Phoenix Guard, White Lions and Swordmasters you are no longer limited to 1 unit of each. The above are now all special unit choices, none of them are rare. The max special units is 6 so, if you felt like it, you could field 6 units of Swordmasters ! There's not even a maximum unit size !
I can see High Elves featuring a lot in the tournament winners lists over the next few months.
It's time to get my paint brush out and buy some more blue & white paint :)
