Unlike in other army lists, no where in the Empire one is there any mention of choosing Dogs of War !
You might think this means you cannot field Dogs of War (DoW)... Wrong !
Empire Armies can indeed include Dogs of War (including the additional Ogre units mentioned in the Ogre Kingdoms list)
The only army which never can include DoW is Bretonnia, they're far to decent to entertain such a vulgar concept :)
